From GetInData to Xebia - Growing Together
Founded by data engineers in 2014, GetInData quickly became a leader in Big Data, Cloud, ML/AI, and Analytics. In 2022, we proudly joined forces with Xebia, a global digital consultancy, to expand our reach and impact, and soon we will be operating fully under the Xebia brand. Xebia today is 130+ data experts in Poland and part of a 5,000+ strong global team - helping both fast-scaling startups and enterprise clients stay ahead with data-driven innovation.

The guilds role is to streamline the flow of knowledge, lessons learned and experience located in one project to all #getindators. Flexible working hours
We offer flexible work hours - you’re not tied to a chair for eight hours continuously. You can work from our well-equipped office in Mokotów or completely remotely. We strongly believe that a satisfied employee is more efficient, so we minimize the formalities and unnecessary meetings so that you can do what you are best at.
Personal growth
We work on a variety of projects and encourage our employees to acquire new skills. You have many options for growth: certifications, attending and presenting at conferences, project work on the latest technologies and support in each of these aspects.
